- Refunds are allowed on stock items only -

- custom poms are NOT returnable-

- we will accept returns for poms that arrive damaged or are defective-

shipping policy

- Please allow 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is receive to process your order and ship out. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are generally a flat fee for the contiguous US.

  • Standard Shipping: [3-5 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping: [1-3 business days]

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is available by request.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Delays & Issues

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to find a solution.
